Return Policy

At DJB Specialties, all products are custom-made or decorated to meet our customers’ specific requirements. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact DJB Specialties to report the issue. All reported defects will be reviewed to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the product and the nature of the defect, DJB Specialties will make every effort to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, a credit will be applied to the original order.

Non-Defective Products

Products that are not defective are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. This includes custom apparel, embroidered items, screen-printed products, promotional products, and other custom-ordered merchandise.
